Cancellation Policy

You can cancel your order as long as it hasn’t been shipped yet. If your order is still being processed, we can also help you replace items you wish to change. A cancellation fee of 10% will apply for orders canceled before shipping. Once an order has been shipped, cancellation is no longer possible.

Returns Policy

Our return policy lasts 7 days from the date you receive your purchase. After 7 days, unfortunately, we cannot offer a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in the same condition as received, and in the original packaging.

Certain items are non-returnable, including:

  • Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers, or magazines

  • Intimate or sanitary products

  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

  • Gift cards, downloadable software, and some health and personal care items

Partial Refunds
Partial refunds may be granted in specific cases, such as:

  • Books or media with obvious signs of use

  • Opened CDs, DVDs, software, video games, or vinyl records

  • Items not in original condition, damaged, or missing parts not due to our error

  • Returns made more than 30 days after delivery

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you via email about the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund yet, please:

  2. Contact your credit card company as refunds may take time to post

  3. Contact your bank, as processing times may vary

If you have completed all the above steps and still have not received your refund, contact us at our email.

Sale Items
Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds. Sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. To request an exchange, contact us via email and we will guide you through the process.

Return Shipping
You are responsible for paying the shipping costs to return your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable, and if a refund is issued, the cost of return shipping will be deducted. Delivery times for exchanged items may vary depending on your location.
